14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid product sold on bejaunty.com comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If a product doesn’t work for your setup, or simply isn’t what you expected, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no lengthy justification required.

How to request a refund

Email jaunty.mellifluous@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, including your order number (found in your Paddle receipt). You can also contact Paddle directly via the link in your receipt. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all purchases, and refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Once approved, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Upon refund, the associated license key is deactivated and access to updates and support ends.

What we ask

If the product isn’t working, we’d genuinely appreciate the chance to help first — most installation issues are solved with one support email — but this is optional, not a condition of your refund.

Outside the 14-day window

After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion, except where a longer period is required by the consumer law of your country, in which case that law applies. License renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal charge provided the new license term’s updates have not been used.

Free products

Free downloads involve no payment and therefore no refunds; they are provided as-is under the GPL.

Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before opening a payment dispute — refund requests within policy are honored promptly, and a direct request is faster than a chargeback for everyone involved.
